Quels types de paiement acceptez-vous?
Credit cards (VISA or MasterCard only) are the preferred method of payment in the online bookstore. If you prefer to pay by cheque, please note that your order will not ship until the cheque is received and cleared.
Combien faut-il de temps pour recevoir une commande?
Domestic orders are generally shipped within 2-3 business days and delivered by Canada Post within 7-10 business days for in-stock items. International delivery times vary by country. Shipping charges are calculated automatically as you proceed through the checkout.

You will be informed at checkout if an item is out of stock. If you choose to continue, it will be backordered, and you will not be charged for the item until it ships. Note that if a backordered item is a part of your order, the shipping charges for that item will be applied to your original order and no additional shipping will be charged when the item is shipped.
Les taxes de vente s’appliquent-elles aux achats à la librairie?
Yes, all applicable taxes are charged. The amount is calculated automatically as you proceed through checkout. Canadian organizations that are exempt from paying GST must inform the CPS of their GST Exemption No. by emailing publications@cps.ca
Comment puis-je retourner un produit?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, it must be returned within 30 days of receipt. All returns must be authorized in advance by emailing the CPS at publications@cps.ca. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs unless an error was made by the CPS when processing the order. The CPS also charges a restocking fee of 10% on purchase price(s). Returned books must be received in resalable condition. Once received by the CPS office, a credit will be issued on the credit card you paid with. Returns are generally processed with 2-3 business days from the time we receive it. Please allow an additional 2-5 days for your credit card provider to apply the credit to your card.
